Effective 28 August 2026. This launch policy describes the minimum account data Noetivis processes.
Data we process
We process account identifiers, security events, preferences and product activity required to operate and protect the service. We do not request exchange private keys or wallet seed phrases.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, provide configured analysis and notifications, prevent abuse, monitor reliability and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Infrastructure, email, notification and optional AI providers process only the data needed for their configured purpose and remain subject to their own terms.
Retention and rights
Data is retained only as needed for the service, security and legal requirements. Contact privacy@noetivis.com for access, correction or deletion requests.
